1. Age Verification Requirement

In compliance with Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) regulations, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Penn Manor Beverage. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all purchases inside our store regardless of apparent age.

2. In-Store Sales & Special Orders

While we attempt to keep our inventory information current, product availability (including craft singles, limited releases, and kegs) is subject to stock on hand. Special order items require confirmation and may be subject to supplier availability.

3. Keg Rentals & Deposits

Kegs, taps, and tubs require equipment deposits at the time of purchase. Deposits will be refunded upon the timely return of equipment in undamaged condition.
